GREAT SERVICE
Sara Higgs, solicitor, and her team come highly recommended. Sara and her team at the Ryde office have worked through a number of ‘failed sales’, remaining highly profession and supportive throughout and to successful completion. Their charges for all this work were exceptional reasonable and well worth ‘every penny’

Exceptional
Having used four solicitors in the past for various reasons, only one successfully, I asked around for recommendations for a solicitor when I decided to move to a new bungalow on the Isle of Wight. Churchers, Mrs Higgs in particular, were highly recommended for both the sale and purchase.
It turned out to be the best possible choice. Mrs Higgs was efficient, highly competent and professional. Her attention to detail was excellent and everything was dealt with efficiently and without delay. I was kept informed and felt confident that I was in capable hands and could rely totally on Mrs Biggs
