Churchers came highly recommended and they did not fail to deliver. We were buying a property and Churchers handled the conveyance. At the 11th hour, Dawn identified a legal issue with the seller’s paperwork. This would have caused us further cost, stress and time to resolve. The property was not as advertised. After much consideration, we withdrew from the purchase. So, we started viewing houses again with great urgency, as we had given notice on our rental property and that had been sold! We were facing homelessness. Having found another house, Dawn and Sara worked tirelessly to complete. Even whilst on holiday, Sara answered our (probably inane) questions with patience, haste and clarity. We had dealt with numerous estate agents. Some were great and one was liberal with the truth. Thankfully both Wrights and Churchers came through and were able to complete on time. We would not hesitate to recommend Churchers and they were a pleasure to deal with.
