My partner and I contacted Churches Solicitors LLP To help us with the purchase of our home as first time buyers, through a modern auction. We were directed to this firm by our mortgage advisor as he knew they had delt with the modern auction process before and had heard good things. From our initial call through to the completion of sale we delt with Tebo, Beyza and Maria. As first time buyers we were completely clueless to the process of buying a home, on top of that with the time constraint of Modern Auction (56 Days) plus this was over the Christmas period so we lost 10 days there! this was already lined up to be a very stressful situation. But I have to say throughout the whole process we felt completely confident and at ease. Every correspondence was well structured, clear and understandable. It meant that we always knew exactly where we stood and what we needed to do next. Any questions we had were quickly and clearly answered and I always got a response. Even when it went wrong and we passed the completion period (1 day) (fault of sellers solicitors not Churches, we were ready to complete) we had clear legal advice and information on all our options and where we stood. I felt the price was fair and good value, especially compared to some of the other quotes we received. I would absolutely have no issue to recommend them to my own family and friends, and should we ever sell in the future I would use them again.
