I have just sold my empty flat to a first time buyer who engaged an online law firm to conduct their conveyancing. There was no chain involved. However, this proved to be exceptionally problematic and took 7 months to complete. The buyer's conveyancer had to be constantly chased up, sent incorrectly spelt documents though and often went missing. They repeatedly did not respond to my solicitors queries in a reasonable time frame and eventually they were replaced by another conveyancer from the same firm. They did not even have a telephone number for my solicitor to call, using email only for communication! Kelly Cottrell carried out my conveyancing and did a really good job in really difficult circumstances. She kept me abreast of the situation and acted in a most professional manner throughout. This is the second time I have used Kelly for conveyancing and I would definitely do so again.

I was recommended Kelly by family members who have always used her for house sales/purchases & I’m so pleased I followed suit as the whole process was incredibly smooth. Being a first time buyer, I naturally had a lot of queries & questions. Kelly was very reassuring & kept me well informed throughout the whole process. Even when she was out of office, I felt confident in her team on the office that they were handling things efficiently and effectively. I would definitely recommend Kelly & will be using her again when the time comes!
