Absolutely fantastic! I was not a client of Devonalds, however Sara Edwards was the acting solicitor of my seller. They helped achieve the impossible by getting my property completed within an astounding 7 weeks. Without their cooperation with my solicitor and their speed and expertise, I would not have made the stamp duty holiday. I would highly recommend their services and am so very grateful that my seller used their services. Thank you!

Always open and honest
Sara has made every effort to keep in touch with us via email and phone when necessary. She is always helpful and when she says she will phone back she actually does!! Sara is absolutely amazing. This is the 4th/5th house move she has acted for us and EVERY time she goes ABOVE and BEYOND!! She keeps us up to date daily and is always open and honest! She is very professional but also understands the emotions of her clients when making such a big purchase. We feel that Sara has to be one of the BEST Solicitors in the UK!! Thank you.
