The service I received was very good and everything was explained by Simon Rounding in a face time call which took place because of the Covid pandemic.
I felt the face time call served the same purpose as a face to face meeting and was less time consuming for me.

All in all, a positive experience. Original documents for identification we lost/misplaced during copying. Mysteriously the documents were found and returned by post with a letter of apology. A happy outcome, however this should not have happened. Despite this failing I would happily consult with this company again
