Making a Will
Joel and his colleagues helped make a complicated process straightforward and understandable. They took the time to explain every aspect and did so without making you feel rushed or pressured.
They were supportive every step of the way whether in person or via remote communication.

Power of Attorney
The only thing I didn't like was that Joel would ask for something one at a time instead of all together.
