Luke and Craig were the most patient and efficient solicitors I have ever dealt with. We had multiple issues in regards to the sale of our property which both Craig and Luke went above and beyond to resolve. They were both easily contactable and even was sending emails well into the evening which made the whole process so much easier! Craig Stevenson has been outstanding, he helped before but wasn’t the solistors this time he has been our solicitor for a house purchase. He has been nothing but exceptional in his service. He has worked to an extremely tight deadline. Very honest and solution focused and always given me so many options when faced with awful dilemmas over a house we was insistent on buying that didn’t have building completion certificates. I highly recommend Craig. I’ve used lots of conversing solistors over the last few years but only now cam I say I’ve found one that I would always use again and go out of my way to recommend to others. It has to be Craig. He is senior and the pricing is more for him but what you get in return is a better easier less stress service and you can pay to have a fast track service to you can always speak at easy and have your case looked at quicker as a result of that we moved very fast. He achieved what seemed to be almost impossible and he did it in a way that distressed me some how! He is the best!

I used PLC Legal London branch for both the sale of my leasehold flat and the purchase of a probate property, and they were absolute stars. The whole process was smooth but what really impressed me was that they managed to get both transactions completed in just 9 weeks, which was crucial for meeting the stamp duty increase deadline. They were always available to answer my calls and responded to my emails. I would definitely use them again.
