I have recently started to use the services of Eric Robinson in Chandlers Ford. I am very impressed with the support I have been given by staff who have helped me.
Sarah Burgess has been incredibly kind, supportive and helpful. She is the first point of contact as you enter the office and I have found her to be professional and extremely efficient; I feel she goes above and beyond to help clients and this has been very reassuring.

Outstanding customer service
We received outstanding customer service from the Chandlers Ford team.
We were given a costing for the work required and this is exactly what we paid.
Communication was excellent and the entire team were always professional, friendly and helpful.
We will definitely use Eric Robinsons Solicitors in Chandlers Ford again.

Will Writing
Made contact with Eric Robinson Solicitors' and was assigned a representative to guide myself and my partner through the will writing process and certain elements to think about given our specific circumstances.
The process was very efficient and the Solicitor was polite, timely, informative and knowledgeable regarding all our requests and needs.

Excellent customer care from Kristen Woods and all at Eric Robinson Solicitors, Chandler's Ford. My husband and myself found making wills a very straightforward experience as Kristen was easy to deal with and explained everything very clearly. Administration was equally good and we received all paperwork promptly.

Excellent support
Over the course of the last year, we have experienced obtaining probate and the sale of a property as a result of probate being granted. Each team we have dealt with has been professional and helpful at all times. A huge thanks to Kristen, Emma, and Sarah for guiding us along the way.

A Great Experience
I'd like to praise Kristen Woods of Eric Robinson solicitors, Chandler's Ford. She's been doing Will And Probate work for me for both my Mum and Dad's estates. I'm really impressed by her high level of knowledge, good communication skills, sensible approach and clear instructions with regards to the filling-out of forms. Very happy with the work that she's done.

Will
I requested a Will to be written for my father, approaching 99 years of age and profoundly deaf. He lives some distance from me and I was unable to visit him, therefore this involved two personal visits to his care home by the solicitor and her assistant.
I was more than pleased with the service provided by Eric Robinson Solicitors.
I would also like to praise the administrative staff for their help too.
