Excellent service and friendly staff
My partner and I purchased a house late 2022 and we used pepperells, the service was excellent and everything was taken care of professionally and as quickly as possible. I would definitely recommend pepperells to a friend

Supportive staff
I used Pepperells for the solicitors for selling my house and buying my new one. This is the first time I had done this in 40 years! Sophie was understanding, competent and reassuring when the process seems to take forever. In her absence her team were equally professional.

Excellent service
Sophie Wilkinson and her assistant Amy could not have been more helpful throughout my house move experience. They kept in touch with me at all times, I didn't have to chase them once and they were so understanding and supportive of me as a first time buyer. Couldn't reccomend them highly enough!

Great service
We dealt with Sophie Wilkinson and she was brilliant from start to finish. Her quick response to emails helped reduce any moving nerves or anxiety as there is nothing worse than waiting for solicitors to get back in touch. When Sophie was unavailable the rest of the team stepped in efficiently.
The move wasn't too straightforward so there was a lot of pushing and nagging that needed to be done on the solicitors part, and Pepperells didn't hesitate with this, meaning we were able to get issues ironed out quickly.
Highly recommend!

Service
Sophie handled our purchase and sale of our home extremely efficiently and was always on hand when I needed assistance with things.
There was no time I couldn’t contact her, and her service was impeccable. I’ll always recommend her to anyone who requires the help when buying or selling a property.
