Sale of my Flat

Hassle Free sale of House
Everything was handled efficiently and professionally. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The only problem I had was Info Track for completing sale details. This app was clumsy, unfriendly and did not upload correctly necessitating information being.

Thorough and Proficient
Enlisted Angela to facilitate a house purchase, on the back of good recommendations. Proactive and friendly service, with a responsive and approachable team, available by phone when needed. All parts of the process were lined up well, clearly explaining what was needed from my side. Extra advice offered, making me aware of the other footwork i should be doing as a buyer. Progressed the house purchase quickly. Reasonable pricing, in line with expectations.

Property Purchase
We were purchasing a flat for our daughter and the seller had extremely ambitious timelines to exchange and complete. Our solicitor Angela, who had been recommended by the agent acting on behalf of the seller, did a tremendous job from the start of being appointed. We were provided with extensive information throughout the the process and it was clear that Angela had our best interest in mind and was doing and extremely thorough job. Although Angela had numerous other clients to support she was willing to go that extra mile and worked into the evenings and also early morning to ensure we could close a complex purchase in the timeframe the seller had requested. Needless to say, we were delighted.
