Sale of land
Jessica was excellent and extremely helpful throughout what was a challenging sale. She is quite possibly the calmest person I have ever met! Professional yet very friendly throughout she made us feel at ease and ensured everything was completed meticulously.
Needles to say we won't be using anyone else for our legal services in the future.

House Purchase
Our house purchase was not straightforward and John was always there to support us and to see us through the process in a proactive, thoughtful and extremely supportive manner. He helped make what was a protracted and stressful experience endurable and ultimately successful. Jessica stepped in when we encountered challenges with overage and was also extremely helpful in getting the purchase over the line. A great and understanding team who I would have no hesitation in employing again.

Sale of commercial property
I recently sold my commercail property with the help from Jessica at Pepperells. The sale took a few months longer than expected due to the buyers solicitor being clumsy in the progression of this process. As the hurdles were thrown our way it was down to Jessica to keep us running in the right direction. Jessica kept me up to date constently and was a great help in helping fill in forms etc.
I would definetly recommend Jessica Mackenzie and Pepperells.
