Based in our Cardiff office, I’m an experienced litigator specialising in residential landlord and tenant disputes. I have extensive experience assisting a wide range of clients in housing management matters including private individuals, housing associations, local authorities, lettings agents, student accommodation providers and property investors. I’m able to assist clients with property in both England and Wales. I’m experienced in dealing with housing matters in Wales since the implementation of the Renting Homes (Wales) Act in December 2022. I provide advice and assistance to clients covering a broad range of housing management matters including: Defended possession claims Deposit disputes Agent disputes Disrepair claims Harassment claims Common law/ rent-to-rent tenancy disputes Access injunctions Anti-social behaviour issues Debt recovery I also provide clients with advice in relation to non-contentious matters including: Tenancy compliance advice Drafting and reviewing tenancy agreements & occupation contracts I take pride in providing clients with pragmatic and results focused advice. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my young family, chihuahua cross and slowly renovating our new family home
