Lucy Andrew is a Trainee Solicitor working in the Dispute Resolution team at WBW Solicitors. She joined the firm in July 2022 and is based in our Newton Abbot office. Lucy is currently in the second seat of her training contract. Her first seat was with with the Court of Protection Team specialising in the management of affairs under Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputyships. She has experience in many aspects of Court of Protection, including the preparation of Deputyship applications. Prior to joining the Private Client department, Lucy worked in the Conveyancing department in our Paignton office. Lucy studied law at the University of Birmingham and received her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in 2021 and Master of Laws (LLM) in 2022. She is currently studying a Solicitor Apprenticeship for the Solicitors Qualifying Examinations. In her free time, Lucy enjoys playing hockey and supporting her club through umpiring and being part of the committee. She also enjoys travelling and spending time with her friends and family and is teaching herself the piano in her spare time.
