We used Louise Crockford and the team at WBW solicitors for our house move this year.
In our previous house moves we found dealing with uncommunicative and slow acting solicitors to be one of the most stressful aspects of the move. Louise and team were a revelation - really responsive, quick and crystal clear and approachable. I cannot speak highly enough of the service they provided. Faultless.

We dealt with Louise at Launceston and she was professional and helpful through the whole long exhausting process of several buyers and some very strange issues. She always responded promptly and actively chased the sale and purchase. As always, the issue with any conveyancing is with the least efficient solicitor in the chain and this is what caused the delays - Louise did everything she could in a difficult situation.

As explained in the review, we bought a mobility van that broke down on the first leg of our journey home from the forecourt of the garage we bought it from! The garage owner/director has continued to state that the van wasn't under warranty so the broken-down gearbox isn't eligible for repair. Because it broke down on the day of purchase, we are covered under the Consumer Rights Act and Catherine has been extremely supportive in handling our complaint against the garage through the Small Claims Court. I highly recommend Catherine for her kindness, support and expertise and for going over and above the call of duty. I will certainly come back to her if we have any similar problems in the future.
