We asked Louise Crockford of WBW Solicitors to act for us in our house sale. She is by far the best solicitor we have engaged in several house moves. We were recommended to have Louise Crockford as our conveyancing solicitor and we are delighted that we followed up that recommendation. Totally on the ball, full of common sense, efficient, so hard-working, calming - just some of the words to sum up Louise. We had complete trust in Louise and just knew that she would always get it right. We were let down by our first buyers but Louise did the impossible and turned things around with the second buyer. The whole team are a pleasure to deal with, always quick to reply regarding any queries via email and telephone etc... She is incredibly efficient, deals quickly with details and procedures, (far more quickly than any other solicitors we have dealt with in the past ) and is very pleasant to work with. I would heartily recommend her.

I have just used Beviss and Beckingsale for the first time for my purchase of an investment property. The fees were very reasonable and Mr. Maxwell was thorough, efficient and responded quickly to my queries.
