We made an appointment with WBW to seek advice and guidance for our will and met with Steve Toft.
Steve gave us precise and detailed information and asked the appropriate questions to check that the deal fitted and suited our requirements.
Steve ensured the ambience of the experience was professional, empathetic and actively listened to our details.
The service was quick and delivered within the agreed timescales.
We both felt that now it is in place, we have planned well for the future. We have now completed our will and feel more reassured about the way forward.

Assistance concerning a new will.

From the moment I contacted WBW in Bovey Tracey, concerning the preparation of a new will, until the matter was finalised l have been delighted with the level of care and professionalism along with the Covid-19 system in place.

In particular l dealt with Mr Stephen Toft, a senior partner, who not only gave me excellent advice but also fully understood my individual needs & requirements.

I would have no hesitation to recommend not only WBW in Bovey Tracey, but also Mr Toft for his kindness and understanding

I was please with the overall service I received from my personal conveyancer, Caroline,. When Caroline was unavailable my queries were dealt with promptly by another member of staff. I was kept up to date with the proceedings and made to feel valued and not just another fee earner!

We asked Louise Crockford of WBW Solicitors to act for us in our house sale. She is by far the best solicitor we have engaged in several house moves. She is available and brilliantly communicative and responds quickly to reassure her clients that she is on the ball. Friendly and easy to talk to. She also gets the job done quickly.
