Sale and purchase
Pepperels represented me on the sale of my house and the purchase of another one, they were without doubt the easiest conveyencers we have ever used.

Conveyance
Thanks for all of your help regarding my house sale. It all went smoothly and in good time. The only issue being with receiving the money for the sale a day later than the completion day and late in the day, although I don’t blame this on the individual solicitors. I would like to thank Farhan but especially Rebecca Cutts for all of her help and communications. Nothing was any trouble and I would have no hesitation in using this firm again.

Sale of flat completed professionally, slight delay caused by some further questions from buyer but resolved and sale completed as required.
Good communications throughout process from solicitor and team.

House Purchase.
I honestly do feel that I had to chase up at times however I am aware that it isn’t entirely down to my solicitor but that estate agents also took longer then expected.

Great service
I just wanted to express my gratitude for Farhans perseverance in getting the sale over the line. I understand the vendors and their solicitors were extremely difficult to get hold of, however, you kept attempting to drive the sale forward. It's fair to say you went above and beyond and I'd like for your employers to recognise the hard work that you have put into this. I'm sure your other clients are getting the same great service.
