We met Stephen Orridge & Holly Davis for an introductory 1hr chat in Pepperell’s Hull office. We may have crept over that "boundary" by ten minutes. When we left we had a little chat and shared our thoughts. Both Holly & Stephen were kind and friendly. We noticed that Holly took plenty of notes. We both felt that Stephen had a friendly straight talking, professional and bubbly personality. He listened and rapidly understood and contextualised the information we gave him. We concluded after only one hour that Stephen was honest, trustworthy, and meticulous. We were left with no reservations. Thank you Holly, thank you Stephen.

Perfect man for anybody needs or queries

I was very impressed with the face to face appointment with Stephen. I was very apprehensive and nervous befor the appointment but really need not have been. Receptionist on arrival at the office was very friendly and professional throughout the time we were waiting for our appointment. Stephen was very down to earth and his communication was easy to understand. I was not afraid to ask questions with regard to the employment matter I was there for.
I would not hesitate to recommend Stephen.
The firm were recommended to me by a family friend who has regular contact with a solicitor with property related business.

Efficient and helpful staff
I was pleased to engage the firm and felt the administrative side was very efficient and organised. I felt this aspect was well-handled and the arrangements for the virtual meeting were put in place well.
With respect to the legal advice given, I found this was delivered sensitively and succinctly and offers of further services made as appropriate.
