We used Barcan+Kirby for our recent house purchase. Laura, Robyn and Adrienne were absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process and brought everything to completion very swiftly. As first time buyers the process was a little daunting but all of our questions were answered very quickly and in a friendly manner. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
