Prompt from start to finish
Kayleigh and Lauren from start to finish were both very prompt and easy to get in contact with. Whenever I wasn't able to speak to them directly when called, one of them got back in touch very quickly. The advice and guidance given from Kayleigh was very easy to understand and also very helpful. I would highly recommend using her services.

Great service from Kayleigh
Kayleigh Richardson dealt professionally with my sale/purchase and compassionately with all of my 'stressed-to-death' emails. We were in a chain, and I was very grateful to Kayleigh for her chasing up the solicitor at middle of the chain rigorously to get the sale/purchase sorted out when he appeared to be dragging his heels. (Also from Pepperells).

Conveyancing Feedback
First of all I received 2 separate quotes for conveyancing. An Online one and one from the Estate Agents. They were different by £100. The Estate Agents being the more expensive one
I elected to proceed via e-mail. All emails were not received, which only came to light on the day of completion.
I was kept up to date on most of the process however not informed exchange of contracts didn’t take place on the date they were meant to. I only found out when permission was sought to exchange
However put the above aside, my emails were responded to and and queries researched and answered.
