Following a recommendation, we commenced our journey with the Churchers Solicitors office in Waterlooville. Due to the complexity of a family Will we were then referred to Faye Evans based in the Portsmouth office. Words seem inadequate to express how grateful we are for Faye's guidance, support and her understanding throughout some challenging experiences, her professionalism and expertise has been invaluable to us and has given us peace of mind and its great to know who to turn to in the future. We got there in the end! We wish Faye continued success in all that she does, she is one remarkable lady.

I found Churchers and Faye Evans and her team to be, caring, really nice people to deal with face to face and by email and very professional. They were articulate, they explained difficult legal terms in laymans terms, they were really responsive to questions and queries, an absolute breath of fresh air. After a 3 year prolonged period of stalemate with an existing probate process, we found Churchers and Faye and her team. They provided us with clear advice and a route to complete the probate process. Put in this situation as executors, all we wanted was a quick resolution and be left to grieve, made worse from the start by an executor who refused to engage in anyway in the probate process with the initial solicitor. Three years later......after a matter of months and careful communications from Faye, the said executor engaged and removed herself as an executor which enabled the probate process to continue and us to end the contract with the original solicitor. The process had also been made hellish by a beneficiary who from the start made false accusations and statements and was completely disruptive, and was harassing the executors. If you think of the worst individual you would ever have to deal with, well that was this person and Faye and team managed this so well for us. Finally after 4 years of pain, the probate process was completed.

Faye filled me with total confidence right from the start. Thereafter, communication, advise, help and clear explanation of the process and how to complete all of the documentation was perfect.
