    Excellent wills and trust advice

    Richard led us through setting up a trust in our wills in order to provide better protection for our children against future life events. Wills and trusts are complicated but Richard guided us through the discussions expertly, explaining points of law and tax as clearly as possible so that we, as laymen, could understand. He is also a naturally nice person, making us feel relaxed and comfortable throughout our meetings. We will always return to Richard, as and when we need to.

    I recently asked Richard to inform and advise me about Lasting Power of Attorney’s for myself. My Mother had these arranged with Richard several years ago and they were invaluable in sorting Mums welfare and finances after she succumbed to Dementia.
