Sophie was attentive, highly knowledgeable, and kind. RWK Goodman recently managed the sale of a flat for us which had the added complexities of shared ownership and some of the contact being overseas. Holly and Argita took it all in their stride, and were highly professional, efficient, and yet approachable and supportive. They kept us informed at every stage, and always answered communications promptly: we didn't have to chase any points even once over the 7 months of the process. There were delays caused by a third party and they dealt with this calmly, taking away the stress and always remaining positive and reassuring. The final conveyancing was handled by Marie and Izzy who were also very efficient and personable to communicate with.
