We were selling our late daughters flat. It was a Shared Ownership property which complicated things. Then the buyers solicitors had to be replaced. This caused more issues. The whole conveyance took 12 months and we are mentally exhausted. Throughout the process Morgan has been efficient, professional and very supportive. We feel fortunate that she was our solicitor and we highly recommend her, as a solicitor and a lovely woman.

The service my daughter and her half sisters mum have received dealing with the probate and house sale after the death of her father has been absolutely appalling. Two children lost their farther at a young age and not only has this been really poorly handled at every stage in the process, Tony and the team can’t even make the effort to respond to urgent calls and emails from my daughter when she has been trying to find out what’s going on. This has been beyond distressing for the whole family.
Updated my wills, very swift resolution of queries and completed in 2 visits. Unable to sign my signature due to weakness in my hand, but authorised satisfactorily.

Yatin is the encapsulation of the phrase "above and beyond." If you are looking for a solicitor that understands coercive control, domestic abuse and all of the associated patterns of behaviour, this is the solicitor and firm you should choose. His and his team's care, understanding and diligence throughout was exceptional and restored a lot of faith in our justice system. He takes the time to really understand your case and always acts in your best interests, explaining everything carefully along the way. I really cannot thank Yatin enough.
