I used Sharmans as they are a local firm and I have used them in the past and have always been completely satisfied. Because my husband had died recently this was the first time I had had to make important decisions on my own and it was reassuring to have direct contact both by phone and face to face with the person dealing with my purchase, with the added bonus of the firm being local and not having to travel into Bedford. I found them very user friendly and would not hesitate to recommend them.
