    Extenstion of lease of flat

    I explored five different solicitors before making my decision. Some initial emails lacked detail about the lease extension process, while a few others were quite pricey.     What was very impressive about Jeremy/Laura was that although at one stage I had a very difficult buyer every new issue raised by the buyer (and there were multiple) they handled it and answer every single one in a time efficient manner, the buyers keept raising new enquiries at the last minute which prolonged the case, but no matter what the enquiries were they were answered swiftly until the sale and purchase got over the line. Marvelous work.

      An efficient and communicative service from Taylor Walton dealing with the sale of my mother's house. All done with very little stress in a little under three months. As with all transactions of this nature these days, the hardest part was the identity and AML checks, but their system made it relatively painless.

      Efficient, great communication and knowledgeable

      I have had two dealings with Taylor Walton after the passing of my Grandfather. Firstly, the Grant of Probate. Christine was fantastic and supported me a great deal in order to process this as quickly and efficiently as possible. Secondly, Caroline and Grace who managed the sale of the house. Again, this was processed promptly and I was in regular communication throughout the sale.
