Incredible service provided, especially from Katherine right from start to finish in relation to the sale of my property. She always kept me up to date, and always answered my queries almost instantly. The communication was exceptional. Katherine is a credit to her firm, and I would highly recommend Taylor Walton to anyone looking to buy/sell their property. I've had two previous solicitors in St Albans in relation to Residential Conveyancing, and they were absolutely poor. So believe me when I say Taylor Walton are the best solicitors in St Albans!

An excellent firm to deal with. We had a few ups and downs during our sale due to buyers pulling out, but Shalina did a wonderful job. We were always kept informed of any issues, and anything that cropped up was dealt with promptly and very professionally. Communication was very clear and timely.

Slow to act. Reliant on third party expertise they have no control ove
Advised that barrister should draft responses to other side's letters. 10 weeks later still waiting. They have no control over the third parties they sub contract with and unsatisfactory delays cause serious issues. Generally unsatisfied.

Kimberley Osborne is highly recommended. She worked extremely hard and quickly to get our part-exchange transaction over the line in a very tight timeframe. Would definitely use again for any house sale transaction in the future. Also a very pleasant and courteous demeanour throughout.
