What was very impressive about Jeremy/Laura was that although at one stage I had a very difficult buyer every new issue raised by the buyer (and there were multiple) they handled it and answer every single one in a time efficient manner, the buyers keept raising new enquiries at the last minute which prolonged the case, but no matter what the enquiries were they were answered swiftly until the sale and purchase got over the line.

Ver poor. Incorrect legal advice leaving a large liability of ££££££.

I would not reccommend this firm. Taylor Walton LLP acted as conveyancer for purchase of my leasehold property and provided incorrect advice and misread the lease in several matters. The firm have washed their hands of it, due to the time passed. A Legal Ombudsman complaint has been lodged. Avoid.
