Having found myself in an unfavourable position, through no fault of my own, I reached out to Magara Law. From the outset Roy was compassionate, professional, calming and both thorough and clear on a way forward. As my case progressed I was updated by Roy or Esther regularly to guide and explain each step and the possible outcomes. In the written correspondence I saw between Roy and “the other side” and through the conversations we had it was clear that Roy is an expert in his field and will passionately fight for the rights of his client. In what was a challenging and upsetting time Magara Law offered reassurance and confidence that the law would be upheld. I would not hesitate to recommend Magara Law and am thrilled for the whole team they have been awarded so many well deserved professional awards recently.

Roy Magara made a very stressful process, calm and straightforward, and Ive felt completely supported since he took over managing my case. He is both thorough in is review of all case documents and methodical in getting to the truth of the matter. In the tribunal, I was reassured that his gentle demeanor carried across all of his questioning. If I had lost the case, it would have been due to something I had done that had initiated these proceedings. However, through his calm and consistant questioning, he was able to draw out the truth of the matter. The diligence of Roy and his team ensured the Judge's verdict was not only in our favour, but included a detailed response explaining why I was not at fault on every point.

An amazing standard of client care and helpful legal advice. Roy has an excellent approach, he is both friendly and calm in manner while also being very professional and efficient with timely legal advice.
