Ale has been kind, compassionate, communicative, helpful, thorough, thoughtful, understanding, humourous , just a delight to work with throughout this - at times - stressful process. She's dealt calmly with any difficulties that have arisen from the other teams of solicitors. Most of all there has been excellent communication - she has been on the other end of the phone whenever we have needed and has instigated online Teams meetings to catch up. She has taken the trouble to get to know us and understand our needs She has really built an excellent working relationship with us.

We have used Lauren on several occasions now, most recently to help with my mum’s move, and I honestly cannot recommend her highly enough. Lauren is exceptionally efficient, professional and incredibly thorough. Her attention to detail is outstanding, and she has a real ability to make what can be a stressful process feel straightforward and completely under control. What really sets Lauren apart is how accessible and responsive she is. Whenever you call or need advice, she is there, and you never feel as though you are chasing for an update. She communicates clearly, keeps everything moving and genuinely gives you confidence that everything is being taken care of. As a first-time buyer, I had many questions throughout the process, and the team was incredibly patient, approachable, and thorough in answering them all 🙌. A heartfelt thank you to Kirsty, my solicitor, and her assistant Elaine, who both handled my case with professionalism and genuine care 💼. They were always easy to reach and took the time to explain everything clearly and calmly. I’d also like to thank Alex, who stepped in seamlessly to manage the exchange of contracts while Kirsty was away — everything went smoothly, which speaks volumes about the team's coordination and reliability 🔄. It’s clear that Heald Solicitors are not only responsible and well-organised, but also truly committed to their clients’ best interests ✅. The reason I’m giving 4.5 stars (rounded to 4 due to platform limitations) instead of a full 5 is down to two minor points: the service was slightly more expensive than some other solicitors 💷, and I felt that communication could have been a bit more proactive, particularly with regular updates on progress without me needing to follow up 📬. That said, I honestly wish I could give 5 stars ⭐️ — the service was excellent, and the dedication of the team really stood out. With a little improvement in those areas, they’d absolutely deserve a perfect rating. Overall, I’m very happy with how everything was handled and would confidently recommend Heald Solicitors to anyone purchasing a property 🏠👏.
