My experience was with Aroosa and she was absolutely excellent in supporting a stressful time for me. She made sure to answer any questions we had, communicating thoroughly which was refreshing in comparison to prior experience with solicitors who would make it difficult to reach them. Her implementation time was immediate - things got done fast. In addition she was a joy to speak to - kind, empathetic and understanding which overall made for an excellent experience. Do not use this place . A bunch of incompetent people who got there education on the back of a cereal box. Lazy rude receptionist who just does not care about anything . Do not use this place !!

Stay away from this firm. They dropped my Legal Aid housing case 5 days before filling it with thr court. They even provided important evidence to the other party WITHOUT MY CONSENT. clearly NOT ACTING FOR THR CLIENT
Avoid these people at costs. They don't get back to you and their receptionist is down right rude.
