Very professional, patient and understanding, very clever and found ways how to help instantly. I’d 1000% recommend as I had anxiety before I spoke to him and was worried to be homeless by next week and left feel so much more calmer and relaxed knowing I have him helping me.

Aroosa was very helpful. We were removed by our Landlord and we were given a temporary accommodation but with Arush as help we got our accommodation back in our borough. We got the house we deserve she is just amazing.

AVOID THIS FIRM! They are completely unreliable and unprofessional. If you use them, you will be deeply disappointed.

What a night mare. Upcoming on this review recorded calls of how you will be delt with sorry I mean ignored This place has a lady called Jessica..... RUN she is useless an very new to her job an not overlooked by anyone so ruins everything refuses calls does not do her job with anything but will take public money all day long Wont allow me to make a official complaint As you see they are not very high on the ranking Its going to get worse for them as they hired Jessica smyth altho this woman had a few names so no idea who she really is Complaints department has no phone line....... Made a complaint via email 4 weeks ago not entertained by them today ask to be put threw to the depot but they have no phone line in that part of building or company pmsl Reception bar fatima have been very unprofessional an un helpful spoken to this lady before too so I dont hold my breath on her becoming more helpful or profesional Jessica Smyth is a new solicitor an its clear now without anyone looking over her she is the worst type of solicitor possible A judge ruled my previous solicitor incapable an I ened up with her ive no idea what the judge will say to the mess this solicitor has taken the case But they she whoever still taking public money for the case but fir many many weeks have done jack s... But ive to stay calm an ive to stay professional!!!! Im not the professional you idiots But thanks for more WRONG INFORMATION Ive had same barister since start but jessica for weeks has given reason after reason why I cant speak to my barister this woman honestly an im the problem with my reaction to this shere mess of a profesional an mess of a firm who take ZERO responsibility for her or their own reaction to Jessica's muck up

I would like to give my sincere thanks and appreciation to Kaz Bosali for all the support she gave me throughout my housing case. At a very difficult and stressful time in my life, I was homeless while pregnant, and the council initially refused to house me. Kaz did not give up on my case. She fought for me, supported me, and made sure my situation was taken seriously. Thanks to her hard work and determination, I was eventually able to get accommodation. Honestly, I do not believe I would have this place without her support and the way she fought for my case. I am extremely grateful for everything Kaz did for me. She was there when I really needed someone to advocate for me, and her help made such a huge difference to me and my family. I will always appreciate the support she gave me during such an important and difficult time in my life. People like Kaz make such a difference. If there were more people like her who genuinely cared, listened and fought for those who need support, the world would be a much better place. Thank you, Kaz, for everything you have done for me. Your hard work genuinely changed my situation for the better, and I will always be grateful.

Parminder and Haya explained I only had a certain amount of time to proceed with my claim and I entrusted this solicitor firm. They wasted a lot of time doing nothing, responses and follow ups were minimal. Over a year later, of them doing nothing, they then told me I had ran out of time and provided no further explanation. Just dropped my case without any further contact. Look elsewhere as they’re time wasters and they’ll essentially make you lose your case.
