My family felt the professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail and prompt communication at every step from Caroline and Aimee were excellent. Divorce = Dread, Horror, Trauma... Actually with the help of the brilliant Julia Amson, my divorce was made simple and trouble free. Her professionalism, great communication and more importantly the feeling that she was 'on my side' made what would normally be an awful experience, a lot less difficult. I can't thank you enough, you're a diamond ! Also thanks to Anetta for keeping communications flowing and always being the smiling face when I came in, and the sunny voice on the phone.

We had a great experience with Heald Solicitors recently, Alex took a reasonably complex brief for a business contract and understood it right away, when the client wanted changes he was prompt and detailed in enacting those. The communication was flawless and all things considered the price wasn't bad either, they offered good value for the work done. We can now move onto to the exciting project with peace of mind. 10/10

I had a very positive experience with Heald Solicitors, especially Kirsti Edmead. Kirsti was patient, professional and took the time to explain all the available options clearly. She answered my questions promptly and made several amendments to my Will to ensure it reflected exactly what I wanted, without ever putting pressure on me to choose a more complicated or expensive arrangement. The whole process was well organised, communication was excellent, and I felt listened to throughout. I also appreciated the flexibility shown while I was preparing for medical treatment. Very disappointing, I would not recommend, Very, no extremely slow to make any correspondence, they have held onto my father's estate for over 19 months and still waiting for them to distribute it, making our grieving process even longer, unable to move forward, very sad.
