My experience has been great to be honest and really quick, I expected delays due to my sale circumstances but the whole sale was done within 3/4 months. Slight mix up using the app and the progress button wasn’t updated, but not a massive deal! Would use again and highly recommend this company!

What a great experience we had working with Katie Mitchell and Amber White whilst selling our family home and buying our future home. We had a few issues during the purchasing, but these were dealt with in a calm and professional manner. We never had any issue contacting either Katie or Amber and when we did were never felt rushed or dismissed with our questions, their overriding thoughts was all about us first, and that really made a difference. We had an agreement ( signed contract) that there would be NO additional charges. It was an agreed price. But they were constantly asking for extra money ( disbursements they called it ). Started at £300, then £100, then £38, then they deducted more from rhe final sale monies for something else. I always refused to pay it as it should have been calculated at the start - they should know how much surveys, personal checks etc cost
