I recently found myself in a tough spot after being caught by a police officer driving on a provisional license. This could have led to a serious offense with potential disqualification, which was incredibly stressful. Firstly I would like to thank Hilary Moon for being such a great legal advisor. She explained things very well and told me what my possible outcomes will be and she was pretty much correct. She is the reason why I ended up choosing Patterson law and was happy to pay the fee and for them to represent me in court. Big thanks to both the case officers Lucy Kilpatrick and Louis Rolland for writing up my whole case, things I would never have even thought of was added on to support my case. Absolutely brilliant I couldn’t have got my desired result other than Louis asking me the right questions he really goes above and beyond and asked me questions outside the box that I never would have imagined that it would help me in this case. Lastly I would like to thank the main man, my barrister Umar Ali that was assigned to me was very professional and has extensive knowledge about these driving offences. He presented my case to the judge and managed to get me a 28 day ban which is a miracle, also managed to keep my car car sales job. Dangerous driving speeding over 110mph on a 50mph would have ended up with 6months ban and a fine(already been disqualified for 6months and currently having 6points)and he managed to get me 28 days. Thank you again to Patterson law and I will definitely recommend!!
