Extension of our residential lease.

Bonallack and Bishop (Salisbury) are a firm of Solicitors specialising in extending residential leases. Right from the start we were impressed at their same-day responses to our our emails, and at their clear professional advice. The process of our lease extension has been protracted given our Freeholders disinterest in the latter stages in first providing and then executing the new lease so that B&B had to obtain a Court Order against them. Jake Holmes (of B&B's Leasehold Property Team) has been exceptional, keeping us informed throughout, and nursing us through to our desired conclusion (definitely ask for him if you are going to extend your lease!).
