Awful service and zero customer care Very slow, only move forward after chasing them and almost filing a formal complaint twice In 4 months that the process took, bearing in mind it was a freehold with no chain and the house was empty, saw a couple of people in the same conditions but with more responsive solicitors to manage everything in 6 weeks, they never answered a single phone call or call back, not even once. One thing I know for certain, they will not be participating in any deal that I am involved, it will be a deal breaker. Don’t recommend, not even to my worst enemy
