The initial free 1hr slot was really useful and helpful to lay the foundation of concerns and points to discuss, definetly would not been able to get the support and guidance if it was back in the days of 30mins free. The service recieved was really supportive and reassuring and non judgemental and the options of contact & communication was really good whether it be attending the office or over a TEAMS call
