My mother and I were made executors of my uncle’s Will. When he died, though we had a rough idea of what being an executor entails, we really didn’t know what was expected of us; the process etc. With the guidance, support and expertise of Siobain Moore and her team at Palmerslaw we needn’t have worried. Communication was excellent, no question was too much and explanations were clear. They were at the end of the telephone (or an email). The process, though it took just over a year, was relatively smooth and dealt with sensitively and supportively; understanding we had just lost someone dear to us. We (my mother and I) had used Palmerslaw before when buying our respective houses; both of us had had good experiences so we didn’t hesitate when this situation arose. We would certainly recommend Palmerslaw.

I would not reccomend Palmers law to anyone in fact i would instruct peoplw to avoid them. My family hired palmers law to oversee the probate estate of a family member in london. We live in Ireland and trusted palmers law to carry out all the necessary legal reqirements associated with this case. They showed tremendous levels of incompentance throughout our exhaustive dealings with them. Continually changing solicitor dealing with our case and ignoring phone calls and letters from us enquiring if they were actually working on the case. Eventually they blundered their way to the end of the process and got everything finished and issued a letter of completion along with their bill. Time passed by then out of nowhere we recieved a letter from palmers basically telling us they had made another large blunder and there was an outstanding bill to pay to HMRC which they fogot about. This caused much anguish to family members involved as we were led to believe that all was done. The final straw was when they issued a demanding letter to the family the day preceeding my elderly mother's death. Totally discouraged by my experience with unprofessional Palmers law.

We recently appointed Palmers to assist with the sale and purchase of our home. Throughout the process, the entire team was professional, hardworking, and highly responsive. We always felt that they had our best interests at heart and were committed to achieving the best possible outcome for us. As we were so pleased with the service and the positive working relationship we had built, we also chose to instruct Palmers to assist with preparing our wills. Laura was incredibly supportive throughout, making the process simple, straightforward, and stress-free. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the service we received and would not hesitate to recommend Palmers Solicitors to anyone looking for professional and reliable legal support.

Excellent service and communication

Terrible Law Firm, been dealing with our simple case for months and months. No communication, never contacts us unless prompted and complained against. Case handlers leave without informing you, cases don't get handed over. Avoid this firm for probate and will execution, at all costs. (which I am sure will be sizable once they send us the bill, for their terrible service)
