Lack of Communication
I have to admit, I don't often leave reviews however in this instance I have not been impressed with the services from Jerreries. I was recommended their services from a family member, who received great care, unfortunately that was not the case for me. There was a lack of communication throughout the whole process of moving house. I'm a first time buyer, which I stated many times, meaning I wasn't fully aware of how things worked but still they would ignore my questions and just assume I understood the process. I had to put up with lack of emails with little explanation for months, but on completion day this is where things got worse. We received no messages or updates on the completion and then tried 3 times to talk over the phone to get an explanation for the issue with completing. I only then heard from them at 4:45, 15 minutes before closing on a Friday. There was a problem that was out of their hands, but the fact they didn't bother to tell us there would be a delay, was unacceptable. Overall they've caused a lot of stress for me and my family that could have been avoided if they were easier to get a hold of and explained themselves more. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone else for this reason.

This is the third time I have used Jefferies Service. I was extremely impressed with the service I received from Rebecca Driver. Rebecca was extremely thorough and prompt throughout the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know buying, remortgaging, or selling a property.
