I am writing this review, even though it was intended to be posted in 2023. I wasn't aware of the proper way to express my gratitude and acknowledge Karen for her invaluable assistance during a time when I felt lost. It was truly an answered prayer when, out of fear and desperation, I sought help regarding my employment allegation case. Without any hesitation, after reaching out to Karen and having a phone conversation and zoom, all the details were clarified within a few days of communication, resulting in a positive outcome in my favor, thanks to Karen's coordination with the local authorities. Her clear guidance and information provided me with relief, and everything turned out satisfactorily. I am extremely grateful that she did not charge me a single penny for the assistance she offered, even though my issue did not escalate further. Her initial support was a significant relief and helped clarify many aspects for me. Although I have only met Karen via Zoom and not in person, she is genuinely a good person and Godsend, especially considering the horrible allegations made against me without evidence.
