I can't praise James Folly and Shamilah Malik enough! Excellent communication and efficiency throughout the process of selling my late mother's house. All concerns were dealt with promptly with emails answered usually the same day. I would without hesitation recommend James and Shamilah and will use them again should the occasion arise.

Review: Tia Oxlade ⭐️ I approached Owen White and Caitlin to help me with child arrangement proceedings in family law, and I was truly shocked by the exceptional service I received. As a legal aid customer, my previous experiences had been disappointing, but Owen White & Caitlin completely changed that perspective. I was treated with the same level of care and attention as any paying customer, which was a refreshing change. My solicitor, Tia Oxlade, represented me throughout the year-long process, and I can’t praise her enough. Tia was incredibly efficient and professional from the start. She truly understood me as a person and treated me as an individual, rather than just another case. She took the time to understand my triggers, how I process things, and always made sure I had the space and time to reflect on decisions—particularly when I acted impulsively with my instructions. She truly wanted the best outcome for me and that showed throughout. Her professionalism was outstanding. Tia was always available for calls, responded promptly to emails, and ensured I felt supported throughout the entire process. The barristers she arranged for my court hearings were fantastic, and their expertise was clearly a reflection of Tia's thorough preparation. Our house purchase was complicated due to the seller's side, but her attention to detail and responsiveness really helped. I am writing a review from hummings, we recently tried to use this solicitor for our lease in our new restaurant. To say they scammed us is an understatement, they charged £1000 deposit, did no work as the lease was on hold due to the landlord having major family issues (very serious ones) and they decided to close our query, they kept the deposit and did not tell us that they were going to keep it. Scammers
We tried to use Owen White Catlin as a neighbouring business to get our lease processed. We were not just left disappointed; I am now seeking a full refund for work that was never actually done. They took a deposit and then closed the job before doing any work. They are scammers. It's a shame, as you'd expect more from Esher. DO NOT USE
I thought I would use a nice local solicitor as I have a new lease to sign just down the road, transferred £1000 deposit and then waited for landlord paperwork and due to personal issues etc with my landlords family I have experienced a delay, which given the circumstances is something I expected grace with. I kept emailing to say there’s a delay and instead they decided to close my case and keep my money with no warning to tell me that I had a time limit. I have since emailed them 2/3 times and have heard nothing. They are withholding the money I am owed, seriously disappointed considering no work was done. It’s an obvious lack of professionalism especially from a neighbour business
Great work by Tina Ahmed she has been outstanding on a recent client’s sale. Textbook case exchange and completed within 2 months on a freehold property in Chiswick. Great responsiveness at all times and highly professional at all times.
