I wanted to share the brilliant experience we recently had selling our home and buying a new one in Twickenham. Both our sale and purchase were expertly handled by Henna Lynch, ably assisted by James and I cannot speak more highly of them. Moving home is an incredibly stressful experience, but on first meeting Henna she had an approach which was so incredibly professional, but with a calming and reassuring personality to make you feel whatever happens, Henna and her team have everything covered - even down to small details, processes and elements others would of missed. There was not a point in the process where we had to chase Henna, she covered not only the basics but made sure every element that needed to be considered was and ended up being the most organised and efficient solicitor out out of the three in the chain. From a personal perspective, whenever we had to meet with Henna she exuded such a friendly, calm organised and knowledgeable approach I soon came to realise I'm not sure I'd of coped without her. I know Henna is passionate about what she does but she truly made a difference to a key life event in the journey of our family, and we wish her every continued success with providing such vital services to the community. I have recommended Henna to many friends in the area and would not hesitate in endorsing her services. Henna is a true anomaly in an industry which can sometimes feel quite cold and impersonal.
