    James and Shamilah - Purchase of first property

    I have recently gone through the process of buying my first flat, and have just recently completed. As someone who has not gone through this process before it was very daunting, however James and Shamilah were so informative, communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. At no point was I left with any unanswered questions or queries on next steps. The whole process was managed by them very smoothly and I am so happy with the outcome. The selling process and conveyance is a team effort and when we are teaming up with the “reliably reliable” solicitor and clients then there is an even more likelihood that the sale/purchase will close as planned. If and when we are unfortunate to work with less experienced or 'online solicitors' I always have to take a deep breath!       Over and above expectations

      My brother chose to leave his Will with Jane Stenning and OWC and it as the best decision. All processes were made clear and our case was treated with kindness and compassion, just what my brother would have wanted. All finances were calculated so HMRC didn't have to call (though they did anyway!) Would thoroughly recommend.
