Andrew and Morag were the team who truly helped me through my case. I am a BOC passport holder and consulted several others before them (some quite well known), but they seemed to lack the expertise compared to Andrew. I had provided the same detailed documents and explanation to everyone, yet none could give me confidence—one even said I only had an 80% chance. Andrew, on the other hand, gave me 110%.
