Andrew and Morag were top-notch from the first contact through the end. I found them after a more well-known firm had turned down my case and suggested that I could fill out the necessary papers on my own. They responded promptly and thoroughly and helped me obtain citizenship by descent every step of the way, from the first interview through rescheduling the final ceremony. They were always responsive, and the fees were very reasonable. Andrew's final summary that he submitted with my application was beautifully and convincingly written. They mediated between myself and the Home Office whenever necessary. I can't imagine that I would have prevailed in my effort to obtain British citizenship through very narrow criteria without their assistance. I recommend them unhesitantly and with both gratitude and admiration.

As a Syrian refugee, my application was affected by the significant changes in Syria in December 2024 and remained pending for almost two years. When my application was delayed, she took the initiative to chase the Home Office herself rather than simply waiting for a response. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 50,000 Stars if I Could! Back in 2023, my husband was trapped in the war in Sudan while I was about to give birth to our first child. His passport was at the British Embassy for visa processing so that he could be with me for the birth. Then, within just a few days, the situation escalated and all embassies were evacuated from Khartoum. I was devastated and completely helpless, not knowing how to bring my husband home safely. That’s when Diana Baxtor, one of the solicitors at this firm, stepped in. She tirelessly contacted the Home Office on my behalf and managed to secure exceptional permission for my husband to board an evacuation flight. Miraculously, he was able to get on the very last one. It may sound simple in words, but behind the scenes, there was an incredible amount of work and dedication—especially on the day of the evacuation. Diana went above and beyond, even responding outside of her working hours to make sure everything went smoothly. Afterward, the entire team continued to be efficient, timely, and highly professional. I cannot thank this firm enough for the life-changing help they gave me. Because of them, my husband and I were reunited, and I owe them the family life I enjoy today. I will forever be grateful.
