Following a life changing vehicle incident my insurance company hugely let me down. I turned to external companies, one being Lamb Brooks. The claim, as I am sure they always are, was a long and stressful process for me personally. However, I felt very supported. Gwen, who took care of my case, answered all my questions and took time to make sure I understood and felt confident in the next steps. She listened when I had concerns, and checked in on my wellbeing, making sure I wasn’t feeling pressure to respond to the case in a way that prioritised it over other areas of my life. I additionally feel like my physical health, something significantly affected by the accident, was prioritised and supported. I do, however, feel their medical connections (I believe an external companie they used) were somewhat disorganised and unprofessional. Something that was taken seriously by Gwen when I offered feedback on this subject. Responses were swift, and communication consistently upheld, even if just to offer an update that there were no updates. I am happy with the outcome of the claim. I wish to be lucky enough to never be in a position like this again, if I do, then I would most definitely feel confident approaching Lamb Brooks again.
