Jack ( Gardener) acted as a great sounding board when the commercial negotiations seemed to be foundering. He was calm in his thought process and was pragmatic in his advice. Equally - he recognised understood the importance of completing the transaction within the deadline - and helped me structure my thoughts as to how to work my way through the various risk factors. Deal completed on time !

I can't recommend Lauren highly enough. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish during the process of buying our home. Buying a house can be incredibly stressful, but she made everything feel manageable and under control. She was not only professional and knowledgeable but also approachable, patient, and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. She kept things moving forward, chased up delays before we even had to ask, and always kept us in the loop.

Our Experience with Lauren @ Davies Blunden & Evans was amazing. She was recommended by a family friend and we were surprised how easy buying a house is with Lauren’s determination to get paperwork across the line and resilience with Estate Agents who were slower than the norm. She kept great communication with ourselves on every update. Would highly recommended for every part of the process, no faults.

We decided it was time to make our wills. Lynn was absolutely wonderful and made the process so easy. We had a tight timescale which she met with ease. Highly recommended and will use them again for any future legal work. Excellent.

These people are still old skool using typewriters and 2nd class stamps .. They are taking me to court tomorrow for doing all the work myself via email regarding my wifes life insurance .. please avoid using this company if you want any help .. I've been to court already and won yet still think they know everything.. I'm a widow 6 years now they don't help you

As a first time buyer I didn’t know what I was getting myself into however, I would personally recommend Lauren to anyone that is looking to purchase a house. Following redundancy, the solicitor in question (Sarah) who handled the case under employment law was very knowledgeable and ensured all processes were being followed, as we negotiated terms. Very helpful in their service. Always successful results, very happy to be working with them for our applications.
Contacted due to needed legal help with an issue, happy to invoice and take payment but had to be continually chased for any progress or additional information regarding my case. I started allowing them to contact me first, of which I had not heard from the company for over 2 years and now just had a call regarding my case, no apology when I explained that nothing had come of it even after several thousand pounds spent with them and no contact for over 2 years, would not advise using again

Terrible rude women. Gaslighting my mother by saying your secretary could never be rude because you’ve known her 15 years is disgusting and a joke. I was listening to her be rude, talk over her and have no compassion for it being probate and she’s just lost her mother - she was so abhorrent I almost took the phone from my mum to tell her to stop speaking to her like it . You’re terrible people and behaviour is like bullies at school - I hope you take a look at yourself and find some basic human decency.
This is our second time using Davies Blunden and Evans in Farnborough. Jo and Deglan were, again, incredibly helpful throughout the process. Moving is always stressful and we definitely had our fair share of complications, but we both felt very grateful to have Jo and Deglan chasing enquiries and keeping us updated. Thank you both for all your help.
