Can’t thank Trish and Jakki at Phillips Law for making our first experience of buying a house smooth and stress free. Despite there being several delays with the build, they persevered and kept pushing for us right through to completion. I approached Davis and Blunden solicitors as an overstayer who wanted to put in an application for asylum and had no idea how to go about my claim. I was assigned to Mrs. Fickling and Rebecca as the secretary to Mrs. Fickling. I was listened to in a professional way and received advice about my case. From day one I knew I had come to the right place. Mrs. Ficling and Rebecca were always prompt in answering my questions and clarifying my doubts. I received valuable direction and preparation for my asylum interview from Mrs. Fickling the day before my substantive interview and also what evidence to bring with me. This was so helpful and a week and a half later, my asylum claim was granted. I am certain that the support and professional advice from Davies Blunden & Evans solicitors had a positive effect on my asylum claim. I just want to thank you all for your support and the rest of the office staff who always made me feel welcomed and valuable each time I visited the office. Thank you all.
I would be happy to recommend Jon Coles, he simplified the process which could have been a lot more daunting, was flexible with my work schedule and for the excellent service & expertise. We had the best possible outcome.And for this category of service, there are several quacks that come across as knowing what they are doing but can not deliver.

Please never go to this firm they are just so big stress. They played with me first they agree on me for the application fee of £1000 after done everything when I about to receive my brp Mrs Fickling increased the amount of £1300 from her own. Isabelle her secretary she even don't understand anything even don't know how to respond to client even. When my brp arrived from hom office she kept mine and my children brp as well never gave me. Whenever I called them they never come on phone even receptionist they never respond me properly. They still keeping My personal belongings since last 4 months. I also raise in the Home Office they advised me to go Google review. Which I m doing. I am also doing complain in ombudsman for this firm.
They are very helpful and efficient! I went to them for applying for a Spouse Visa Extension and they helped me through the process. They are not as expensive as other lawers who will charge you unnecessary fees to do something trivial. No complaints at all from me, and I highly recommend working with them!
Service & Communication very inadequate. We used Philips having previously used the firm they have incorporated with, hoping the experience would be the same. I use a range of solicitors regularly for business so have some idea of service expectations and timings/communication. Our last experience at Philips was ended by us having been ongoing without ANY progress since the end of May 22 - We chased numerous times and were promised that things would start moving but nothing changed. This was for a simple ongoing issue related to a house purchase so nothing too complex. Most concerning and frustrating is the arrogant stance and lack of any ongoing apology or concern for the poor service levels we highlighted.

As a first time buyer I didn’t know what I was getting myself into however, I would personally recommend Lauren to anyone that is looking to purchase a house. I have just recently purchased my 1st home and used Lauren as our solicitor. Lauren took all the stress away us and was very thorough with the searches. Very helpful in their service. Always successful results, very happy to be working with them for our applications.
Contacted due to needed legal help with an issue, happy to invoice and take payment but had to be continually chased for any progress or additional information regarding my case. I started allowing them to contact me first, of which I had not heard from the company for over 2 years and now just had a call regarding my case, no apology when I explained that nothing had come of it even after several thousand pounds spent with them and no contact for over 2 years, would not advise using again

We decided it was time to make our wills. Lynn was absolutely wonderful and made the process so easy. We had a tight timescale which she met with ease. Highly recommended and will use them again for any future legal work. Excellent.
Terrible rude women. Gaslighting my mother by saying your secretary could never be rude because you’ve known her 15 years is disgusting and a joke. I was listening to her be rude, talk over her and have no compassion for it being probate and she’s just lost her mother - she was so abhorrent I almost took the phone from my mum to tell her to stop speaking to her like it . You’re terrible people and behaviour is like bullies at school - I hope you take a look at yourself and find some basic human decency.
This is our second time using Davies Blunden and Evans in Farnborough. Jo and Deglan were, again, incredibly helpful throughout the process. Moving is always stressful and we definitely had our fair share of complications, but we both felt very grateful to have Jo and Deglan chasing enquiries and keeping us updated.
