Marie and Karen dealt with our sale plus aborted and subsequent purchase brilliantly. Great advice from Marie and efficient friendly backup from Karen. In particular, their help with the purchase we initially intended was invaluable; as the information from the vendor was not forthcoming, and it turned out to be because there were structural issues that led us to abort.
