This is where SB have exceeded all my expectations by ensuring I am knowledgeable and comfortable with every part of the process. I am pleased to have formed good relationships with the people I need to speak to and it feels like nothing is too much trouble. They are consistently obliging and courteous, efficient and effective. My recent experience was withing the Wills & Trusts department. I have been using this firm for a number of years, and had no complaints. Unfortunately, I was refused assistance with the simple signing of a document that they had not drafted themselves and was told it was against their policy. I have been forced to pay for this service elsewhere. It is not what I would expect from a firm that has acted on my behalf in a number of transactions and that I had hoped to use in the future. When contacted about this, a representative doubled down, refused to acknowledge what had been done wrong and offered no apology.
